Shipping

There are 2 methods of delivery :

1. Delivery by Mauritius Post to anywhere in Mauritius and Rodrigues which will cost Rs 50.
In most cases for Mauritius, you will receive it the next working day after being shipped and for Rodrigues, 2 working days after.
If payment is received before 13:00 on any working day, we ship on the same day, otherwise, on the next working day.
If your purchase is of Rs 600 or more, delivery by post if free.

2. In person delivery at LA City, Trianon (ex Shoprite) every Saturday morning which is free of charge (Time will be communicated).

Returns

We will refund an order in its entirety provided we haven't yet packed or shipped it. If an order has been packed but not shipped yet, a cancellation fee of Rs 25 will be deducted from the order amount as our packaging will not be able to be reused. If the order has been shipped, we will not entertain any refund. Goods once sold will not be exchanged or refunded.
